In a professional gym environment with state of the art equipment, we will track all progress and tackle your fitness goals and get you to live a healthier and more fulfilling life.
Why Train With Me?
My goal as a trainer is to provide you with guidance on how to navigate the ever changing landscape of fitness, and approach your programming in a fun and focused way. Trends come and go, but some fundamentals of fitness are timeless.
No matter what fitness level you currently are, we will start with step one, providing you feedback after performing Mobility and Endurance tests to see where you are starting at.
As the months go on we will perform these same tests to show you first hand your progress to further propel you keep you focused.
How do I start?
You’re here and you’re ready to get started – Here are the two ways to start achieving your goals, offered in Full or Half Sessions. Full sessions are 50-60 Min 1 on 1 Sessions, Half Sessions are 25-20 Min 1 on 1 Sessions. These are purchasable as:
Per Session – Full or Half Sessions in quantities of 5
Recurring Bi-Weekly – Full workouts 1x, 2x or 3x a week or Half Sessions 1x or 2x a week.
Recurring sessions are billed out bi-weekly and a 30 day cancellation notice is required. Per Session Packs are billed in full at time of purchase and expire 1 year from date of purchase.

Session and Monthly Plan Policies
*Don’t Use It, Don’t Lose It Policy – Life happens. Cancel within (24) hours of your session and you won’t lose it. All sessions require prepayment prior to scheduling. This counts for both per session and monthly plans.
*Accountability Check-in – Although not required, a weekly accountability zoom call/Facetime call is included and encouraged for all clients. Ideally this will occur the same time and day every week.
*Referral Discounts – Save money on Training Packages for you AND the person you refer.
